This O.D. chamfer gage is designed for precise measurement of chamfers and countersinks in the 3 in. to 4 in. range with a 127° angle. The direct reading instrument features a spring-loaded, conically ground, 3-blade gaging plunger for consistent accuracy. It is constructed from hardened tool steel and features a set-to number stamped on the back for calibration reference.
